We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a GCP Program Manager:
Job description:
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Tech support team. Responsible for developing new strategies or processes to improve the Team performance.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of all important Google and GCP Products is a MUST
• Good understanding of GCP Tech support processes & tools is a MUST
• Reviewing requirements of programs with the respective Program Managers
• Coordination and communication with external community leaders, ensuring programs stay on track and documentation is updated
• Regular syncing with Program Leads weekly or as required
• Keep track of issues pertaining to programs handled
• Coordinate travels for external guest based on program needs
• Work with external agencies on event logistics
• Program Coordination & Execution
• Collect feedback, preparing and presenting insights and results to the Developer Relations team.
• Serve as the primary eyes and ears for the startup community
• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
• This position is to work in a hybrid mode in Guadalajara
