Main Responsibilities
- Define preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage and negotiate with the operations departments any plant shutdown to carry out the required maintenance or improvement activities.
- Verify check list and activity reports from Nemak technicians and contractors to generate maintenance activities.
- Plan, schedule and resolve maintenance activities, ensure the supply of electricity, water, air and gas to the site in a timely manner, maintain the operation of critical equipment ensuring the spare parts and conditions of the same.
- Receive suppliers for specialized work and evaluate the services received. Promote and maintain a safety culture in your work team with safety as a priority.
Requirements
- Mechatronics engineer, mechanical electrical engineer, mechanical engineer administrator.
- Problem solving, personnel supervision, maintenance budget control, report writing, failure analysis, effective communication with your team and other departments, sense of urgency.
