Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make sales budgets, planning your actions and those of your sales executives, considering the necessary and available resources to carry out said plans.
- Train and develop sales executive team, direct, and motivate them, as well as measure and evaluate performance.
- Design, develop and execute the general strategy of the CI division (commercial/marketing/customer service).
- Define the customer service strategy to guarantee the division's objectives.
- Periodically monitor product/customer sales behavior to detect opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the behavior of customers and their products/brands in the market to promptly detect and implement corrective or preventive actions to defend or increase the existing business.
- Have access to senior management, in addition to traditional customer contacts to guarantee good quality of information and receptiveness to our commercial initiatives.
- Continuously explore new business opportunities that maximize the use of our installed capacities and provide effective, profitable, and sustainable solutions over time to our clients.
- Lead internally and externally each of the assigned projects, guaranteeing the best use of existing resources and their effectiveness in terms of quality and time.
- Provide adequate and quality information to both internal and external clients of the organization.
- Design of commercial strategy with distributors for the CI division in the subregion assigned.
- Focal point for Customer Service, Planning, FICO, Sourcing, Reg. Affair, QC, CI Production and Legal teams.
Seu perfil
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degreee l in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy;
- Desirable: Specialization in Sales and/Mktg;
- Experience leading sales teams for cosmetic ingredients or raw materials;
- Advanced English level
