Your core responsibilities are:
• Drive sales of our language programs; from telemarketing actions to product targets setting, daily pipeline follow-up and sales coaching. We are all in sales.
• Creation and execution of campaigns (offline & online), to promote your program.
• You are responsible for the customer success management and retention program of your product.
• As the Leader of your team, you will become the Manager of the sales and customer service coordinators.
Basic Qualifications and more details about the role:
• Solid Education (Bachelor or Master degree completed).
• +3 years of sales & team leading experience.
• +3 years of experience in projects related to travel, tourism, education or hospitality industries
• Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals. Enthusiastic, organized and a natural leader.
• Good analytical skills and practical approach in identifying issues and solutions.
• Spanish as mother tongue and full fluency in English.
• Preferable but not mandatory studying/working/life abroad experience.
• Based in Querétaro
