Role Overview Job ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a business partner and advisor to the Plant Director, managers, and supervisors, supporting the execution of business goals and objectives.Maintain visibility and active presence on the plant floor and in plant leadership meetings.Manage talent for the sites salaried team, including identifying talent needs, organizational design, talent acquisition, and building a worldclass team with bench strength.Partner with US corporate HR teams to ensure HR functional excellence in core processes such as compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Administer the performance management process at the plant location.Manage compensation program according to company guidelines, including reviewing salary changes, updates to pay structure, and administering the salary budgeting program.Oversee employee benefits programs and communication for the site, as well as cafeteria, transportation, and employee services.Handle staffing, recruitment, and placement for both hourly and salaried populations at the site, driving improvements throughout the process.Maintain site employee policies and procedures and stay current with HR trends and employment law changes.Lead the site employee relations strategy and employee engagement initiatives, including the Great Place to Work strategy.Continuously support and challenge the leadership team to effectively communicate with the workforce.Represent the company in community HR and community relations activities.Salary range100,000 140,000 pesos per monthBolsa de trabajo México ofrecemos puesto de Gerente para el sector de Recursos Humanos en la empresa Rinvio de Juárez.
