We are currently searching for a talentedGlobal Service Delivery Director – Finance SSC The Global Service Delivery Director – Finance SSC, will be responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day delivery and performance of the Shared Service Center. This role will develop, implement effective Service Delivery, and maintain high quality standards to ensure deadlines and expectations are met at the required service level.

The GSD will focus on continual improvement of service levels agreements, performance, metrics, and scalability of the shared services. Main Responsibilities: Oversees Service Delivery and the day-to-day operations of the SSC, ensuring that all standards are met, and procedures are followed. Establishes priorities and schedules of main activities.

Reviews and monitors services and Service Level Agreements to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective action or new approaches. Defines and ensures the implementation of new Service Level Agreements; sets standards for quality and ensures that operational activities of the SSC are implemented in accordance with recognized procedures and guidelines and meet the established standards. Define and agree on KPIs and performance metrics associated with the SSC process; benchmark process performance; establish and maintain performance management mechanisms over time.

Establishes quality control mechanisms such as SSC surveys, data quality assurance reviews, error escalation procedures, and remediation plan. Collaborate with GPOs to identify and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to the SSC processes and develop service solutions to enhance and optimize the end-to-end process cycle. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and assessing job results; promote job rotations within the SSC; coaching, and counseling employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, procedures, and productivity standards.

Qualifications and Skill Capabilities: 5 plus years of experience in Shared Services, Center of Excellence or Global Business Services. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Thorough understanding of business processes related to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury, fixed assets, project accounting, and internal control frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making. Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize activities and projects in a fast-paced environment, working effectively in a matrix management structure, diverse, and multi-cultural.

Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and BPC. Advanced knowledge of MS Office with comprehensive ability to prepare macros and data analytics in Excel, and Power Point presentations. Experience with Power BI or Tableau, dealing with complex issues and large data sets.
