Area of the Head factory is over 45,000 square meters with over 3000 skillful employees. There is total 500 sets of modern injection machines in the groupResponsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the daily administrative affairs of the company, and provide timely and effective administrative services to other departments; including purchase of office supplies, purchase of labor protection supplies, car rental, catering, hotel accommodation, ticketing, etc.
- Help review the various rules and regulations of the company, organize and manage daily administrative work.
- Supervision and application of the various rules and regulations, as well as reward and punishment measures;
- Establish a good labor relationship channel, coordinate collaboration between employees and internal departments of the company;
- Establish good and effective channels for the recruitment, reservation and management of talent.
- Assist and carry out all the company's personnel management processes.
- Manage the attendance of the company's employees, the settlement of salaries, the income tax declaration, the salary and assistance mechanisms, as well as the collection and payment of funds.
