In this role, the Graphic Designer will play an integral role in visually communicating our brand identity to help implement effective communications and marketing activities in support of Sensata Technologies’ business objectives. This individual will have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and be skilled in all steps of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. You will gain valuable experience in a complex corporate organization supporting multiple business units, brands, product lines and Global Service Organizations. This role reports into the Design Team and will be part of a larger Global Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity that can be used and optimized across multiple communications platforms.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Sensata across all channels, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.

  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials onto Sensata’s digital asset manager.

  • Design marketing materials, including presentations, infographics, banners, product datasheets, flyers, and other promotional materials.

  • Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Create impactful designs that enhance our presence and messaging at industry events and trade shows including booth design, digital content, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Five or more years of experience with design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into digestible and engaging copy/content.

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including English fluency.

  • Flexibility and ability to manage simultaneous tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity.

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
