¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Head of Accounting/Tax at Chihuahua IRS Plant!
Responsibilities
- Payroll supervision, assuring correct payment in time and form of 3 operational, indirect and administrative shifts
- Support payment of taxes, Social Security, SAR, INFONAVIT and FONACOT.
- Savings fund tie-up
- Coordination of annual and special payments
- Comply with the requirements of the health, safety and environmental system according to its activity (EHS 01).
- Support in risk premium calculation
- Support to internal and external payroll audits.
- Support in the calculation of payments and special bonuses, as well as the coordination with the payroll and human resources areas.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting or related
- +5 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in leadership role
- General knowledge of taxes and social security contributions
- General payroll knowledge
- Leadership skills
- Effective communication
- Advance English
