Responsabilities: Local execution of Global and BDS Account Plans Compliance with corporate (e.g. Rainbow Delivery, Rainbow bidding) BDS processes and tools, non compliances management and resolution Quality of the deliverables SLA fulfillment Lean deployment & sustainability and Productivity measurement & improvement Deploying people excellence training and people certification programs and more generally to assure that people skills on project are suitable with the expected job Global CyberSecurity GDC development strategy Global implementation of Global BDS Portfolio (E.G. setting the landscape of Delivery per GDC) Service improvement planning Leveraging between GDCs, teams inside GDC Manage all GDC CyberSecurity BDS resources on a daily basis Host all BDS CyberSecurity resources in GDC (incl. administrative role) and coordinate local actions (e.g. evolution of employment contracts) Identify opportunities for growth, open new centers, collaboration between centers, optimization of resources (e.g. lobbying, local partnerships, competitive landscape) Manage relationship with local institutions (e.g. universities, government, workers councils) $80,000 - $95,000 MXN
