- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
A master's degree in a relevant field is desirable. - +7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on controlling,
reporting, and budgeting. - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced understanding of financial software and ERP systems, with the ability to leverage
technology for efficient financial management. - Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating accountability and ownership in decision-making
processes. - Strong understanding of financial principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements,
including expertise in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) and International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing finance functions is required.
