Responsabilities:
- Responsible for determining the economic situation of the company
- keeping track of the accounting records of the company.
- In charge of determining the profitability of investments
- Supervising and directing the other employees of the accounting area.
- Coordinate accounting closings monthly until the issuance of financial statements to the board of directors.
- Determine the economic-financial situation of the company and its subsidiaries, through the control of the records, the classification and summary of the transactions of the company.
- Financial results of the business, the changes experienced in the exercises, their evolutionary trends, as well as the development of financial control systems and mechanisms in order to guarantee the periodic, accurate and necessary information for decision making, the setting of objectives and the best application of the company's resources, within the legal frameworks of reference in force.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating objectives and procedures that must regulate the activities of management and accounting, administrative and financial processes in general.
- Teamwork with the Corporate Managements that influence the results of the financial statements.
- Participation in physical inventories
- Create cost reduction reports and analysis.
- Attention to internal, corporate and external auditors.
- Basic knowledge of safety rules, environmental impacts and commitment of each employee to strengthen social responsibility (taking care of the negative impact we have on the environment)
- 20 years in Accounting/Finance area, minimum 10 years in management position.
- English 80%
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge in VDA / IATF / ISO auditing
