As the Head of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth on a global scale. You will build and lead a talented and diverse marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation while aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the market, showcasing their unique value propositions, features, and benefits.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are executed flawlessly. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, increase web traffic, and drive lead generation.

Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Create and execute PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility, manage crisis communication, and ensure a positive brand image. Brand: Lead the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Evolve and enhance the brand strategy to resonate with target audiences and support business growth. Market Research & Analysis: Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Utilize market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and drive results.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly analyze and report on campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing leadership role with strong focus on product marketing, digital marketing, PR, analysis and brand development. Demonstrated success in developing and executing Global Marketing strategies. Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape.

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire, grow and guide a global team. Exceptional communication, negotiation and cross functional relationship building abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
