As the Head of HR, you'll be the driving force behind our company's success, serving as both a strategic partner and a catalyst for change. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, ensuring we deliver an exceptional employee experience while aligning with our business goals. Lead our talented HR team and spearhead the delivery of innovative HR services.
Business Collaboration:
- Identify and solve business issues, enhancing company performance and HR innovation.
- Collaborate with leaders to implement HR plans, aligning with business and HR strategies.
- Utilize insights, external perspectives, and data to analyze business trends.
- Develop strategic workforce plans for future needs.
- Manage HR events and communication, supporting business directors in talent management and performance.
Resources, Performance, and Talent Development:
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies in a competitive job market.
- Collaborate with HR teams to create strategic workforce plans, focusing on upskilling and talent management initiatives.
- Provide coaching to business leaders to enhance their leadership skills and optimize talent and performance management within their teams.
- Support business leaders in implementing effective talent management strategies, ensuring robust succession planning and development plans for key talents.
- Conduct thorough analysis of learning needs to align with and support the organization's overall business strategy.
Culture and Engagement:
- Cultivate a values-driven culture aligned with AXA's core principles.
- Lead initiatives from Experience Centers to enhance employee engagement continuously.
- Drive Corporate Responsibility agenda integration with employee engagement initiatives for increased participation and impact.
HR Service Provision:
- Ensure effective delivery of HR services in compliance with local laws and AXA standards.
- Support and execute HR transformation activities, aligning with the target operating model.
- Implement key HR projects to enhance efficiency and alignment with company culture.
Team Leadership:
- Develop organizational and HR capabilities.
- Manage HR team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance to ensure high performance and KPI achievement.
Su Perfil
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related. Minumum 5 years of experience in HR management.
Knowldege of local C&B design
Experience in an international context is a plus.
Dual reporting in a Matricial work enviroment desired.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) French desirable.
Capable of adeptly navigating challenging scenarios, collaborating with key stakeholders, and executing successful negotiations.
