International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets.

Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. About the role TheLAO Servicing Modernization Headprovides leadership to the broader Project Team, including the definition vision for transformation, purpose, ambition and motivation to the Project Team, Workstream Leads and eventually the organization to ensure that value and quality progress are produced as scheduled. Project governance, costs and benefits, decision framework and definition of Target Operating Models are defined, curated and driven by the Business Owner in collaboration with Project Manager and Project Team throughout the project lifecycle.

This role assumes empowerment for strategy and decision making in conjunction with Project SteerCo, and also requires proven experience in large scale transformation efforts, along with Operational expertise in Financial Services operations. Role Scope: IO Operations (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru) What you need Bachelor's degree - Master's degree is a plus Knowledge of Core banking systems and operations Knowledge in Core Banking Transformation Functional knowledge of the business areas Senior Leadership proven experience Leadership experience in similar roles Agile Methodology knowledge preferred Skills & Knowledge Proven experience in large scale transformations, and multi-disciplinary team leadership Ability to develop and execute governance models, target operating models and interpret business rules and customer requirements for the purpose of ensuring system and process documentation, program specifications, and project specifications. Ability to effectively define Product roadmaps, identify and proper documentation of requirements

Working knowledge and proven experience of the Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices and how they are applied in the workplace Thorough understanding of Vision/Roadmap creation, Portfolio/Program/Team Backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Ability to manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously Ability to understand and explain complex issues and clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level Excellent oral/written communication skills Exceptional data-collection and analysis skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights based on product performance metrics, benchmarking or applicable data sources Strong technical and analytical mind and background Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly Strong time management skills What you will be doing Defines, communicates, and drives Project Scope and Vision for Transformation: Supports the development of the Project vision, ambition, charter and other required deliverables in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Sponsor(s) / Steering Committee.

Collaborate with Project Team to define and approve all project business requirements, operational requirements and considerations within the scope of the project, ensuring proper architectural design and customer experience design with key stakeholders from IT and DPM. Defines, drives and executes Target Operating Model for the future vision: based on a governance framework to be defined as part of the transformation vision, allowing challenges to current operating models for all countries in scope, processes, and customer experiences. Lead and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships (internal business partners, external vendors, customers) to identify and leverage opportunities aligned with the project ambition.

Works actively in strengthening all partnerships and relationships across all countries in scope, business partners and vendors. Establish Project Goals and Schedule for execution: Partners with and influences all Workstream Leads, Vendors and Project Manager to develop and approve the final project schedule. Validates the milestones defined for each Workstream, quality of delivery in the context of the project ambition.

Provides input on dependencies and predecessors of interconnected Workstreams, business impacts and risks, proactively and effectively communicating with Sponsors, SteerCo and any required parties. Oversees Project Financials: Validates and refines project cost (internal/external) and benefit estimates in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Team throughout the project life cycle. Obtain project budget approval from Sponsor(s)/Steering Committee and/or governing body.

Review actuals throughout project lifecycle to ensure that deliverables are produced within the defined project budget. Drives Risks and Issues Resolution – Identify, report, lead the mitigation and elimination of risks and issues associated with the project deliverables. Share all relevant risks and issues with Project Sponsor(s)/Steering Committee, Project Manager, and senior leadership of area where risk is identified; including the accompanied mitigation/elimination plan to ensure full transparency.

Supports a culture of early risk identification and communication throughout the Project Team. Ensures proper communication and Project Routines: Leads all communication efforts and ensures proper routines are defined and effectively executed in partnership with the Project Manager. This includes the support needed from the Project Manager in executing the plan.

Partners with Project Manager to lead the content-based discussion of Core team meetings and Sponsor calls as an overall subject matter expert. Report out to the Governing body, Steering Committee and/or Executive Team throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Workstream Leads to manage the relationship with Workstream specific vendors (if applicable).

Works with the Project Manager and Workstream Leads to provide progress updates to key stakeholders that may not have a formal project role. Organizational Change Management (OCM) – assess organizational impact of changes established by the defined Target Operating Model, ensuring the is a clear operational path to avoid or mitigate risks, cost and impact assessment, and cultural impact to drive effective change. Collaborate with Workstream Leads to confirm the changes brought to the organization by each Workstream.
