About the Role:
This role will work directly with the area of value Access and HE&OR
Key responsibilities:
•Co-develop and participate in the health economic and outcome research (HEOR) strategy defined for CPO pipeline, such as listing process and value messaging.
•Develop and implement strategies for literature reviews (search strategies, protocol report).
•Develop, in collaboration with medical, the clinical value dossier for listing and reimbursement submissions.
•Compare and evaluate the value of our pipeline using clinical, economic, and quality of life data from different sources (clinical trials, observational studies, meta-analysis, etc.)
•Support pricing activities for the defined pipeline.
•Generate scientific content related to HEOR projects for scientific/massive/commercial purposes.
• Stay informed of the healthcare system situation, as well as policy trends affecting both payers and providers.
•Shape the access product strategy by incorporating key insights from relevant stakeholders.
•Understand key metrics and trends that impact market access success in the short- and long-term.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements
• BA Economics or finance is desirer.
• 1 year experience in HEOR, Finance, or Economics in general.
• Data interpretation and business analytics expertise.
• Knowledge of economic models.
• English and Spanish fluent.
Desirable Requirements:
• Knowledge of Mexico's healthcare ecosystem.
