HHRR Manager Bilingue

The Human Resources Manager is accountable for senior level consultation and support to the Mexico business operations to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. This role will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including staffing, onboarding, employee relations, policy and legal compliance, performance management, employee development, payroll coordination and employee and management coaching for all Mexico under area of responsibility. Eventually may manage a team responsible for staffing, employee relations, policy and legal compliance, performance management, employee development, and employee and management coaching for all the company. Assists the Director of Human Resources Valent, USA with Mexico business operations Human Resources strategy and policy development and implementation, project management. This position will report to the General Director and will be in Guadalajara, Mexico offices. Fluency in English verbal written required.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 15 years of professional Human Resources experience is required including a demonstrated track record of providing consultation and support to business units to define and execute HR strategies to accomplish business objectives. Experience in Agribusiness and Manufacturing is an added plus.Bachelors degree in a related field e.g. Human Resources or Business or equivalent combination of educationwork experience is required.Previous experience managing other HR professional level staff is required.

SKILLS CERTIFICATIONS

Bilingual SpanishEnglish required.
