You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive! What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, engaging service, with excellent record tracking and tide follow up to all guests requests
  • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
  • Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
  • Customer-service experience
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
  • Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 18 months+ commitment to role
