HPEFS Business Process Manager

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

The Global Business Process Manager will be part of team that focuses on process design and  improvement across the HPEFS Business Process framework.

The BPM works collaboratively with internal HPEFS stakeholders to drive prioritization, and implementation of strategic and tactical projects.  Process improvement and integration projects are prioritized in alignment with our strategic asset management vision.

Additionally, process projects that improve the customer experience, colleague experience, and lead to more efficient business outcomes.      

Responsibilities

  • Lead process related projects
  • Propose process improvements or process design, including systems integration or enhancements when applicable.
  • Create and deploy a consistent methodology for process project management and documentation.
  • Investigate industry best practices and technologies for process documentation and process knowledge dissemination.
  • Lead the development of process enhancements to ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure ROI analysis for all project and process initiatives ensuring desired business outcomes.
  • Measure and track all process management and improvement projects.
  • Develop process focused colleagues through coaching, leadership, and utilization of developmental resources and programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with HPEFS business and functional leaders in support of major projects.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team for identifying process elements to be combined with digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure global policies and procedures are documented, stored, and maintained; e.g. Global Capability Matrix and Global Process Guide

About you

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of HPEFS organization and strategies
  • Project Management experience
  • Leasing and lifecycle asset management process and process improvement experience
  • Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, preferably a business related degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Understand a process from the strategic level down to the procedural system level.
  • Understand the linkages between strategy, process, and organizational design
  • Expertise in visualizing processes, effectively documenting them, and ensuring colleagues are clear on roles and responsibilities.
  • Driving execution of initiatives
  • Fluent English
  • Good MS Office Knowledge
