The People Success Assistant (HR Assistant) is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with HR Leads in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Responsibilities: The major areas of focus for this role are as follows: Administer benefit processes. Conduct new employee on-boarding. Respond to employee inquiries in our ticketing system (Zendesk). Assist with relocation actions. Support the administration and completion of immigration processes. Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are adhered to. Support & oversee HR administration, including employment contracts, addendums, terminations, and the maintaining of complete employee files/records. Assist the HR Lead with ER cases in a timely manner, including grievances, dignity at work, PIPs, terminations, and disciplinary cases. Assist managers with the annual performance review process. Keep abreast of HR-related legislation to maintain legal HR compliance for the company. Maintain department records and reports through Workday. Assist in the delivery of HR projects as required. Leave of absence tracking.
