HR CLERKLOCATION: Juárez, Nuevo León.BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the supervision of SR. Human Resources Specialist, is responsible for providing all clerical support to RR's functions, including data capture, reports and documents for payroll support, staff performance assessments, attention to all personnel and support in other administrative functions.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES  Capture of all new-hire for due process in Corporate (weekly).II.Control of entries of the new hire and all employees in Edenred and and control of performance evaluations for salary increase of all technical personnel (every Tuesday) with payroll employees’ discounts (Bosque Magico, boulevard, Food bonus, Card repositions, personnel uniforms and review of Bank and food bonus accounts for SAP charge of purchase requisitions for the personnel prizes (raffles, present for seniority, or termination , preparation of files of all active and organizational changes requests (HRDS).XI.Responsible for properly keeping all the information of the staff that has ended their employment relationship with the and resolution of doubts to the in the events made in the Support (Control, Assignation of schedules, vacations, in administrative activities as charge of HR projects visuals.RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTSSupervisory Relationships:•Reports to Mr. Human resources specialist.Organizational Relations:•Regular Contact with hourly workers and administrative employees. External Trade Relations:•Moderate Contact with banks, insurance companies, pre-ASYST provider (time and attendance system), people coming for spousal support, stationery provider.EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation:Education of preference of technical degree administrative.Experience:Preference with 6 months of experience in administrative support, the experience of human resources in a manufacturing/environment is preferred.
