What you’ll be doing:
This individual will be a key player with responsibility for building and executing on communications strategies for Baxter’s Solutions Cluster and Project assignments related to development, onboarding/training, among other strategies. The incumbent will support the execution of employee communications, development, rotational programs, among others considering the feedback from employees/stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Manage the sites Culture Change, Rewards and Recognition programs.
Lead cluster Inclusion, Diversity and Culture initiatives, Employee Appreciation events, etc.
Own the site’s iCare Program for the cluster
Support governance of development / career path strategies in the sites
Coordinate and conduct employee interviews to share their stories about how Baxter products impacted their lives
Develop patient stories
Build videos that draw an emotional link to our patients and boost product understanding
Including all required clearances: legal, human resources, etc.
Standardize and update the onboarding of the cluster according to the needs of the operations and ensure the deployment
Support stretch assignments initiatives among the cluster
Work with plant-teams to coordinate/run community-related events
Collaborate with a variety of internal partners to create content for the intranet site (articles, blogs, video, photos), and runs content calendars to ensure new, fresh, and engaging content is updated to the site regularly
Builds content for employee events (invitations, presentations, videos) from a Cluster perspective
Track site-performance metrics and disseminate in a form and through using channels that enable understanding; as well as build engagement.
Management & partnership of the MIP Recognition & iCare program with the sites
What you’ll bring:
University Degree or college Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Talent Management or similar.
3-5 years of experience in the communications field and in Talent Management
Graphic design and layout experience with Photoshop and InDesign
