Eli Lilly Italia is currently seeking an intern to join our HR Organization & People Analytics team for a six-month period. This internship opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to gain firsthand experience in understanding the operational dynamics of a multinational corporation like Lilly.
The role entails delving into data analysis to derive actionable insights crucial for guiding strategic management decisions and optimizing processes. This position offers the opportunity to interface with diverse organizational levels and a variety of Business Units, involving close collaboration with Finance and HR Operations.
Responsibilities:
Generate and update reporting systems on Workforce data
Support data maintenance and supervise the correctness of information in company systems
Conduct analysis on data within the HR information system
Contribute to the creation of interactive dashboards focused on personnel analysis, guiding the overall People strategy
Basic Requirements:
Education Level: Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics
Advanced proficiency Excel
Fluency in English
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of PowerBI
Data driven mindset
Proactivity
Curiosity
Ability to effectively adapt to a dynamic environment
The position offers a monthly reimbursement of Euros 1100 and free access to our canteen.
