DirecciónEmployee Services Advisor is responsible in ensure service delivery and compliance related to back and front personnel administration.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Back and front admin for: Food tickets, labor & day care letter, bank account changes, shift rotation and badges management.
- Manage employee saving schemes and employee files management: custody and maintains physical and electronic personnel files/records since hiring to termination.
- Receive and deliver documents required to accomplish payroll incidences (payment and deduction) and payroll clarifications
- Terminations: ensure terminations compliance (documentation) and enter and follow up term requirements.
- Checkbook control: accomplish operating guidelines to control checks of settlements established by treasury.
Your Recipe for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources or related.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in Employee Services, human resources generalist, etc.
- English proficiency
