Main Objective

The Human Resources (HR) generalist serves the needs of the company’s HR department through hiring, pay administration, benefits management and enforcing company standard policy and practices.

What challenges will you have?

• Select and hiring the best talent for the company.
• Releasing/terminating employees.
• Develop compensations and benefits strategy.
• Handling any employee issues and conflict resolution.
• Ensure the follow up to develop, training, promotion and onboarding strategy for our employees.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Building employee appreciation and company culture programs.

Who are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business or Human Relations)
• From 2 to 5 years of experience in the Industry as HR Partner, HR Generalist or related
• Advanced English level is a must

• Talent Acquisition processes
• Compensation and Benefit processes
• Talent development processes
• Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
