HR Generalist What you’ll do: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Guarantee policy compliance and regulations. Responsible for the preparation, interpretation, and monitoring of different human resources statistical reports. Actively collaborate, prepare, and implement following up on training and development programs. Monitoring performance assessments. Strategy Analize market data (Turnover, absenteeism etc.).
