We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and provide invaluable support to our HR department in Pomigliano Plant. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks and offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach in key areas like payroll, recruiting, and employee development.
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures; your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities.
Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the coordination of company events and gain exposure to different organization levels.

Essential Responsibilities

  • give support to the HR Managers in coordinating and perform Talent Acquisition activities such as interviewing, hiring and all others administration activities related to new hires (both for permanent role and through recruitment agencies).
  • learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries from HR and line managers.
  • partner with the HR team in strategic projects and activities such as Cultural Transformation, Organization Management and Diversity and Inclusion promotion.
  • assist and support the HR team in Union Relations activities as well as in the management of all Labor and Disciplinary procedures as well as participating in ad-hoc meetings with Unions.
  • support in preparing the material to support internal reviews and reporting related to main KPIs such as Workforce Dynamics Headcount, Absenteeism etc.
  • internal communication: collection and analysis of the different needs and preparation of contents to be shared via internal communication channels (intranet, email, noticeboards).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master Degree in line with the training objectives of this internship, preferably in Law, Economics, Psychology or others related to Human Resources field. Previous exposure to HR topics will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good level on English language skills, both spoken and written.
