You might not know the names of each one of our software products, but you’ll recognize our customers, the biggest names in the automotive, aviation, and industrial manufacturing industries.We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who will work in a highly dedicated and innovative global Customer Experience team working to develop and run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures.Support the strategic development of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition supply chain using analytics and sound operational judgement.Take accountability and drive the cross functional collaboration required to land innovation and practical change.Contribute to the continuous improvement program which would include working closely with global TA Partner teamsWork to clear expectations, performance measures and goals which are stretching and push operational boundaries and efficienciesSupport the short- and long-term transition plans for the TA Operations team systems, tools, and processes across the organizationPull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholdersAssist with vendor partnerships to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans, and acquire data to support recruitment activitiesManage the contract and pre onboarding aspects of the TA lifecycleThis role will be continuously devolving, this is an exciting time to join the team as you can help shape the delivery model to our Talent Acquisition community!What we’re looking forA passion for Continuous Improvement and Operations ExcellenceAnalytical mind with high levels of attention to detailThe ability to influence and great communications skills.Influential and persuasive communicator; we will look for evidence that you can build trustful relationships with people from all backgroundsDemonstrated understanding of talent acquisition operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and toolsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is requiredExperience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Workday, Avature).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.Must be fluent in Spanish and English, some familiarity with Portugese would be a plus.We choose colleagues with high levels of integrity, who are confident to challenge assumptions to drive our business forward.
