HR Operations Analyst
We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations (HOO) at Monterrey, MX.
In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.
Your tasks as HR Operations Analyst:
- Provide expertise to our employees on daily, operational HR activitiesand complete administrative tasks in the internal HR systems according to predetermined guidelines and procedures
- As the first point of contact, understand our internal customers questions and issues, advise them in a professional way and handle their queries in a timely manner via a ticketing system
- Ensure excellent customer experience, which includes phone and chat support, employment related data changes and documentation in order to provide end-to-end customer care
- Take care of our internal knowledge concept by making sure work instructions are up to date
- Implement improvements to supported processes
Your profile as HR Operations Analyst:
- Completed university degree and previous experience (minimum 1 year) in a (HR) Shared Service Center or in a HR administration role
- Good PC operating skills and willingness to learn new tools (HR IT systems); experience using Human Capital Systems (e.g. Success Factors, Workday) and Case Management Systems (e.g. CRM Dynamics, Service Now, Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, client focus mindset, problem solving skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness to prioritize between tasks with different deadlines and complexity
- Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base and in an international environment
- Proficiency in English plus another required. (Portuguese is a plus)
