Human Resources Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational and strategic HR practices to enable a best-in-class employee experience.
- Strategic Approach with Management
- HR Operations in Manufacturing environment
- Coordinating together with the training coordinator the training and coaching.
- Workforce planning
- Budgets and control expenses
- KPI Improvements
- Coordinates recruitment all levels
- Manage employee relations/union relationship to ensure a progressive partnership.
- Responsible to manage Union Labor Relations.
- Administration of employee's benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English
- 5 years of experience in maquiladoras
- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
