As an HRBO Ford Champyou will help the HRBP team for all Ford of Mexico areas on Data Analytics. VQR analysis, Process Mapping, Shadowing program, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you´ll do:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Process Mapping
- Communication Strategy
- Voluntary Quit Rate analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
What you´ll need:
- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of administration or industrial engineering
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Time and data management skills
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills desirable
- Experiencia in school projects of data analysis for decision making
