We are hiring an HRBP Leader who will be leading the Human Resources strategy for employees at all levels in Mexico City. Alignment with Global Human Resources policies and processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the following programs: Well-being, DEI, and social responsibility programs.
  • Responsible for the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment between evaluation and salary increases.
  • Provide consulting, advisory support, and team leadership on Human Resources programs, procedures, and services to drive business requirements,  and promote employee engagement and Culture,
  • Responsible for career and succession planning throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for HR-related vendors: Insurance broker, parking, building administration, car rental, employee benefits, training, among others.
  • Responsible for HR budget in coordination with the Finance department: planning and monitoring throughout the year.
  • Creates and executes training plans. Responsible for compliance with labor standards (Nom35, Nom37, Civil Protection, among others).
  • Responsible for legal matters and labor relations (exit processes, audits, problematic situations related to any employee).
  • Responsible for executing strategy based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle including: onboarding, learning & development, staffing & recruitment, talent management and exit management.
  • Responsible for the Internal Communication process.
  • Responsible for internal movements and promotions. Development of job descriptions with the area leader and review of salary ranges in coordination with the Compensation department.
  • Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to carry out strategies aligned with the organization: Payroll, HRBPs Americas, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent Futures, Talent Acquisition, among others.
  • Organizes events for employees in coordination with Marketing: Year-round events (Children's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.), annual events (Green Day, Kick-off, Leadership Meetings, Christmas, etc.), day-to-day events (anniversary breakfasts, farewells, etc.).
  • Responsible for handling monthly warning entries and payroll review and approval.
  • Responsible for monitoring the code of ethics, conduct, and values. Maintenance of corporate culture. Responsible for employee complaints impacting values (integrity line, specific cases of harassment, abuse, discrimination, etc.).
  • Responsible for Change Management consultancy for internal and external projects and all aspects related to employee and client culture.
  • Responsible for employee culture-related surveys: GPTW, Nom35, ESR, among others.
  • Responsible for external personnel and supplier relations (Cleaning services, Agencies, firms).
  • Responsible for the Civil Protection strategy along with the Brigadier Leader and Building Administration. (Courses, brigades, drills, resources, etc.).

Who you are:

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or related.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • 10 years of experience in Human resources: Recruitment, Learning, Communication, Payroll, Benefits, Compensations, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, etc.
  • Change management methodology background desired.
  • Advanced English

  • You can problem-solve and identify solutions to support workforce strategies.
  • Ability to work with others in organizational development, designing jobs, problem-solving, and identifying and removing barriers.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, persuade, and negotiate to reach acceptable compromise/solutions among all client groups.
  • Ability to create solution effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement through business case analysis.
  • Identifying and understanding problems and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to conclude; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
  • Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
  • You can deal effectively with others in an antagonistic situation.
