In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Training Processes
Coordinate training needs for salaried and hourly employees.
Training and certifying hourly employees in all areas.
Training program administration for all employees.
Certified manager and supervisors on Leading at Emerson
Coordinate legal procedures in STPS regarding training
Evaluate the impact of training through indicators
Perform budgets and cost benefit analysis of training
Staff Recruitment
Coordinate internal procedures to fill internal vacancies for personnel.
Evaluate viable candidates according to the selection procedure
Coordinate medical examinations for the approval of candidates
Coordinate the selection interviews, exit interviews
Communication Program
Carry out the communication program monthly, measuring its progress and processes.
Monitoring compliance with COI (conflict of interest)
Personnel Services
Coordinate work clothes for employees on a annual basis as well as winter jacket every 2 years
Follow-up to new food pensions for unionized personnel, (contact with pensioners)
Unionized Performance Reviews
Coordinate logistics for the implementation of corporate development programs
Coordinate the Performance Evaluation of unionized personnel
Coordinate the definition of profiles and job descriptions of union members
Labor Relations
Follow Up main relations with third parties
Terminate employee relationship.
Follow-up on the payment of union dues, death payments, collective contract payments, etc.
Who you are:
You Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations, works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and Displays a can-do attitude in good and bad times.
For this Role, You Will Need:
Psychology HR, Business Degree
Master’s degree desirable
5 + years of experience in HR in manufacturing companies, metalworking
English TOEIC 700 points
ISO procedures
Budget process
Ley Federal del Trabajo (federal Labor law), STPS procedures
