Human Resources Business Partner The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the Human Resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
  • Assist management in conflict resolution
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
  • Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology, Administration or related area.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills are a must for this role.
  • 5 to 6 to years of experience in the following areas: Particular Experience in the following:
  • Consult with line management and provide daily guidance on Human Resources.
  • Discuss trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, wellness programs and work environment.
  • Implementation of HR processes.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Identify the training needs of teams and individuals.
  • Evaluate training programs.
  • Responsible for deliverables with client, and contractual negotiations.
