Job Description Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing tactical and strategic support through effective prioritization, triage, stakeholder management, and assessments using independent judgment.
  • Works closely with management to implement corporate Human Resources policies, initiatives, and program delivery at the Guadalajara site.

Examples include but are not limited to: comp and equity planning, talent reviews, employee relations, open enrollment, recruiting, retention, employee engagement, workforce planning, and supporting the ongoing integration of this site into the broader Solidigm organization.

  • Leverages knowledge and expertise to contribute to the improvement of individual, team and site functioning.
  • Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partners with the Legal team on legislative compliance
  • Executes and supports a variety of administrative items, including but not limited to: terminations, people movements, onboarding, offboarding, benefit coordination, onsite medical service coordination, EHS and general site plans.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders, develops and manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the Guadalajara site to engage top talent and create an impactful candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in an HRBP with an emphasis on talent acquisition activities
  • Experience supporting senior leaders through change.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English; able to speak and write with full fluency in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and country employment labor laws including hiring rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in talent acquisition with experience around designing and implementing a TA process that can be scaled for growth.
  • Degree in business, Human Resources, or another related field.

This site HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning people and business objectives with employees and managers located at Solidigm's Guadalajara location. The HRBP serves as a consultant on a variety of Human Resources related issues and will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating a variety of needs. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the values and objectives of the organization.

The HRBP maintains an effective level of business and financial acumen; as well as a deep understanding of short and long-term plans, and Solidigm's culture and competition. This position is ideal for the candidate who is seeking an opportunity in a start-up type environment, shifting seamlessly between strategic and tactical work across multiple HR functions with a heavy emphasis on talent acquisition.
