They will maintain and enhance the organization's Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5- 7 years' experience as Human Resources in Automotive industry
Experience with Automotive global requirements (IATF16949 & Customer specific requirements).
Position requires strong leadership, communication skills.
Time Management.
Positive and proactive approach, problem resolution skills and decision making.
Willingness to learn.
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
English fluent
