DeEscrituraion:

A Human Resources Specialist is responsible for specific functions within HR that require a great level of detail orientation and a high expertise in a specific area (such as payroll, learning coordination or administration, administrative process simplification, etc.). The day-to-day duties of the HR specialist will be determined by the specialty focus.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing support and tactical management to the HR specialty attached to through deep process knowledge.

Inputting and updating data into relevant data management systems.   

Assure HR database system is accurate with employees’ information.

Following on HR metrics with graphics and reports.

Providing support to HR managers, managers, and employees on HR processes and systems related to the specialty that you support.

Keeping organization charts up to date as directed.

Support ing managers and HR managers by providing timely information concerning their employees, company policy and practices as related to specialty.

Answering HR process-related questions about specialty and acting as a “specialty expert” for HR specialty related questions from employees, managers, or HRMs.  

Perform ing assignments where trust and accuracy are required.

Composing communications messages and reports for own or manager's signature.

Maintain ing filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

PC Skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, TRESS, Workday, and/or Internet, etc.

Minimum 2+ years of work experience in the Human Resources function.

Communication skills.

Bilingual ( this is required )

Preferred Qualifications:

Organization skills and ability to work independently.

Passion and skills for internal customer problem solving/satisfaction.

Knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.

Workday and/or TRESS systems knowledge.

Problem solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience.

Interpersonal skills; able to exchange information and ideas effectively in a concise and logical way.

Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.

Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities.

Internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others.

Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

Ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Approachable and able to connect with tact and diplomacy with employees and leaders at all levels.
