Main Responsibities:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute hydraulic design tasks for multiple new Product Development, Continuous Improvement and cost reduction projects.
  • Analyze project requirement and make design decisions.
  • Produces and/or evaluates possible design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of a drivetrain components.
  • Evaluate possible design solutions for low to medium complex scope of hydraulic projects based on specialized knowledge of design, manufacturing processes and standards.
  • Support and participate in supplier design review, coordinate with FEA, manufacturing and assembly team.
  • Support/coordinate design release activities related to part release process. Support various build activities at Unit.
  • Work closely cross functional team to understand project details & achieve cost, quality & performance goals.

  • Strong English skills, speaking and writing.
  • Strong CAD modeling experience.
  • Understanding of hydraulic systems & components.
  • Able to read hydraulic schematics.
  • Strong drive by results.
  • Team player.

  • Experience in Product

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience creating Hydraulic Schematics Schematics.
  • Experience of working with Global teams.
  • Experience on Dynamic Hose Simulations.
  • Knowledge of DFMA, FMEA, DPAR, FGR & MaSA processes.
  • Knowledge of fluid power calculations.
  • Experience in hydraulic routings.
  • Experience in sheet metal design.
  • Strong GD&T knowledge.
  • Familiar with Creo Piping.
  • Familiar with PDM/Windchill.
  • Familiar with Automation Studio software.

Education:

  • B.S. Mechatronics Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or similar.

This position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.

Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
