Job Benefits:
The employee receives a bonus in December equivalent to 10 days of global compensation, and an additional equivalent bonus in July, plus two bonuses, one per semester based on productivity and performance evaluation.
A mandatory savings plan of 7% of the base salary will be deducted from your compensation, placed in an investment account and matched by the School. The savings and accumulated interest will be given to you in August.
On the tuition side, we provide a 100% discount at the School for the children of our foreign hired faculty (subject to the requirements of the corresponding campus and the admission process).
Benefits include two medical insurance plans, one is with the government and is mandatory by law, the other is a private plan for Major Medical Expenses that is accepted by most doctors and hospitals in Mexico (the School covers the cost of this private plan). We seek to appoint an IB Diploma English Teacher with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience to join our dedicated team at Peterson Schools. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity and flexibility, as well as excellent organization skills, resilience, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate doesn't need to speak Spanish, but elementary or limited working proficiency in the language would be beneficial, as would the experience of the IB Diploma Programme.
