Job Summary: 

The impactful Brand Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering superior Brand Experience in every touch point where a shopper has contact with the brand. This role is accountable  for ensuring outstanding execution of marketing campaigns by rolling out and performing our strategy into our customers. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 
Ensure outstanding shopper experience across online touchpoints

  • Using eAudit tools and manual assessments to evaluate Hill’s 6P (Price, Promotion, Distribution & Visibility of our Products,  POP Content, Ratings & Reviews and Availability) in assigned eCommerce platforms
  • Lead eCommerce communication and media investment aligned with Key Account Manager’s promotional activations
  • Lead Social Media Agency Management ensuring quality and on time deliverables and  rollout/adapt Mexico Social Media Content to other LATAM countries
  • Maintain an updated Brand Website delivering relevance aligned with local search strategy 
  • Ensure phenomenal brand visibility in Market Place and Delivery Apps, aligned with Key Account Manager’s promotional activations 
  • Elevate shopper Brand Experience across retail environments (Offline & Online) 
  • Responsible for the overall planning, monitoring and coordination of all Retail Merchandising, POS & artwork execution to be used in all go-to-market activities.
  • Co-create with the marketing team materials for in store and online communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers and partners to implement  brand playbook ensuring timelines are met 
  • Support key accounts team as they implement dedicated programs
  • Lead merchandising and nutritional consultant teams
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the business impact of proposed solutions 
  • Quarterly Playbook per Brand
  • Deliver a quarterly playbook per brand with all the guidelines (offline & online) that supports cross functional teams to execute  properly.
  • Include tracking and reporting routine according to each initiative
  • Constantly review the execution process seeking for improvements. 

Education and Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, 

Advanced level of English

1 to 2 years of experience
