Dirección- Apoyar la implementación y operación de Oracle asegurando la integridad del sistema, la entrada precisa de datos y recomendaciones para el sistema en coordinación con operaciones, materiales y finanzas.
- Participación activa en la implementación del Sistema de control de inventarios PRISMA.
- Coordinar las actividades de importación y exportación con los agentes aduanales de todo el material y equipo.
- Implementar y gestionar los programas OEA en conjunto con todas las áreas de la compañía.
- Realizar auditorías de la información en el Sistema ERP, mantener la integridad de los datos.
- Expedientes físicos y electrónicos de comercio exterior para todas las operaciones.
- Trámites administrativos y gubernamentales referentes a los programas de Comercio Exterioir.
- Responsable del mantenimiento del programa Archer actual, incluye seguimiento de hallazgos.
