We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Incident Manager  What you’ll do :

  • Leveraging technology to resolve issues based on linux/sql and all communications and providing key stakeholder management
  • Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls
  • Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
  • Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
  • Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively
  • Providing periodic major incident metrics reports   Preferred experience :
  • 9 + years of IT experience of Incident Management
  • Should have knowledge on Change, Incident and

Problem request management

  • Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix.
  • Advance level of English is a
