In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

We, as a team, are responsible for coordinating and controlling maintenance activities within our area of responsibility, which encompasses the accessories molding area, hose extrusion machines, and resin vacuum system. Our goal is to optimize the utilization of both material and human resources available for the equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and provide the necessary support.

We implement and maintain safety systems and ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the company's expectations.

We coordinate predictive, preventive, and planned corrective maintenance activities, establishing detailed processes that may incorporate new technologies to minimize equipment downtime.

We establish and implement a maintenance administration system that enables us to measure key performance indicators, including downtime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and SMED & PM's.

We efficiently administrate the usage and inventory of spare parts to improve machinery uptime within the allocated budget.

We undertake and accomplish improvement projects based on historical failure records, striving to positively impact cost reduction initiatives as well as production, quality, and safety KPIs.

We establish detailed processes for all activities performed within our area of responsibility to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
