Identify process needs, analyze and standardize the indicators of the production lines, using engineering and troubleshooting tools to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement, encourage teamwork and support in compliance with indicators and in turn enforce quality system procedures, 5 ́s, safety standards and environmental requirements established by Donaldson Leon Plant.

- Identify and correct problems.
- Participation in engineering change decisions, as well as updating existing documentation in the process.
- Support in the implementation in conjunction with the project engineer, evaluating, documenting and adjusting the process for a successful launch.

- AutoCAD and drawing interpretation
- Solid Word
- Analysis and troubleshooting tools (8D's, PDCA)
- Knowledge of Core tools.
- Office parcel (Advanced Excel, PP, Project)
- Development of reaction plans
