- Strong reasoning and critical thinking ability
- The ability to troubleshoot problems without the need for Google
- Computer science background (Computer Science degree or ability to demonstrate equivalent understanding of concepts including data structures, algorithm, object-oriented programming)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networks
- Knowledge of the windows operating system at least for basic system
- Exposure to at least one object-oriented programing language
- Knowledge of Relation Databases concepts and basics concepts
