Title:Inventory Analyst- Saltillo

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila IJD Saltillo

Function: Operations

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manages the inventory and the inventory audit process for a warehouse and assembly line to ensure the accuracy of the inventory records in the system. Identifies discrepancies and the errors causing the discrepancies and defines and implements corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies. Ensures operational inventory accuracy and serves as subject matter expert for SAP modules.

  • Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.

  • Manage on a day-to-day basis the delivery of a broad range of warehouse and store tasks, using and reviewing existing procedures to recommend improvements to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded appropriately.

  • Cultivate an understanding inventory accuracy metrics.

  • Manage inventory for a major site or large factory, following existing procedures to identify any issues and solve problems.

Education:

  • Engineering.

  • Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
