DirecciónAs an INVOICING SPECIALIST ENTRY, you will handle everything that has to do with putting invoices together and sending them out to clients. You will verify billing information, enter the amount due, and write out an itemized account of what the client is paying for.
You will report to the Invoicing Supervisor. This position is located in Queretaro. You will work #LI-Hybrid
Main Responsibilities
Communicate with clients, and other Teams to resolve billing inaccuracies, perform multiple responsibilities to support accounting department and billing processes.
Ensure Client Data Delivery for reporting Activities, perform daily invoicing and resolve billing errors.
Multitasker , able to prioritize and execute many assignments in quick and efficient manner.
Prepare vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into a company's financial system.
Qualifications
Advanced Proficiency English
BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Problem-solving skills
Customer Services Focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
1 to 3 years' experience .
