Your mission as Business Application Analyst - SAP will be:
- Insure that SAP servers and application are performing up to Valeo expectation.
- Process SAP access requests according to Valeo rules.
- Check and implement new transport orders in production environment.
Ensure that SAP server performance is up to Valeo expectation
- Administer SAP Servers for NAFTA.
- Manage SAP server outsourcer. Monitor SAP performance (Earlywatch, KPI) and implement action plan with outsourcer. Provide performance KPI to SSC and Site IS Mgr.
- Monitor SAP Jobs and solve incidents with other SSC IS Analysts or site IS Mgr
- Define and manage SAP Archiving process.
- Manage SAP-Basics incident with core team if needed.
- Manage other servers that are located with SAP outsourcer.
Process SAP access requests
- Create and change SAP access for NAFTA sites.
- Insure consistency of accesses with Valeo requirements (LSF..)
- Perform monthly reviews of SAP accesses.
Support SAP Change process
- Validate and Implement transport orders in production environment.
- Test transport orders for SAP-Basics.
- Monitor late transport orders.
Participate to constant innovation
- Identify, collect, specify, promote possible improvements in the usage of SAP Servers and the comp@ss application.
- Participate to comp@ss usage audits and analysis.
You must have:
- Computer Science, Infomation Systems or related professional studies.
- 2-3 years of experience in SAP Basis area, Information Systems Process, Computing Programming activities. Analysis, Design, Testing and Implementation Processes..
- SAP Basis Knowledge (Transport Orders, Users Management, Technical Suppliers Follow up).
- Orael DB Administration Knowledge, Java and any visual programming tools.
- Google Apps knowledge and MS Office Management.
- Adaptability and Customer Orientation.
- Project Management.
- Self Learning and Communication Skills.
