Job Description

Bosch Digital Americas is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager to support our internal IT organization and its leaders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, creativity and technical knowledge to effectively promote the value of our IT services, solutions, and initiatives to the broader Bosch organization.

Working alongside the Regional President of Bosch Digital for the Americas (a role equivalent to the Chief Information Officer for Bosch US, Mexico, and Brazil) and the IT Directors in the US, this person is responsible for the strategy and content relaying what is happening throughout the Bosch Digital organization.

This role also works closely with the Bosch Digital sales teams, and product, service, and solution owners to develop effective marketing of the IT portfolio to various business divisions under the Bosch umbrella.

In this role, you will also work with MarCom colleagues in Mexico and Brazil to align the Americas region with the global marketing/communication organizations, processes and content.

Please note: This role will require an in-office presence for hosting events; approximately 4-7 days per month.

Tasks:

Design, create and edit internal customer communications/marketing concepts and plans for Americas region.

Capture, review, and synthesize customer metrics and engagements.

Oversee all internal customer communications to ensure effectiveness, consistent branding and compliance with company standards.

Define and execute regional marketing/communication plans for global and regional services.

Collaborate and align with global communications/marketing teams in Bosch Digital.

Plan and prepare Bosch Digital Americas branding materials to increase awareness and perception of Bosch Digital, and our products, services and solutions.

Plan and prepare content for internal and customer events including but not limited to all associates meetings, executive visits, road shows, steering committee meetings and other internal associate meetings/programs.

Assist and respond to customer and internal inquiries.

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent

5+ years of experience in IT-focused communications/marketing targeted for internal/external audience.

Works independently withinstrategic and quarterlyoperational plansand policies.

Skills related to project management (i.e. Plan, prioritize, and allocate work for others).

Confidence to self-start communications/marketing plans and strategies to further the business and customer value.

Ability to effectively write for various audiences and platforms.

Competence in creating, measuring and analyzing key metrics to grow and improve effectiveness of and stakeholder buy-in to the strategy

Experience in key account management, including professional consulting skills and stakeholder management.

Openness and flexibility to adjust to diverse customer topics/demands.

Ability to work with a variety of people and adjust to various communication styles.

Expertise in community management and engagement

Profound knowledge and experience handling virtual streaming tools and video editing.

In-person and virtual event/meeting production experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of content editing and creation platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Suite.
