IT Internship

Our objectives as Tech@Lilly is to foster our partners to power the business through technology. This stage’s objective is to simplify the work at Lilly Italy through automation and innovation, delivering IT projects collaborating cross-functionally with discipline and execution excellence.

Activities

The successful candidate will interact closely with business parteners of different departements, marketing, HR, finance, sales,… to:

• Contribute/lead IT projects in the Italian affiliate, both on application side and infrastructure side.

• Develop solutions using Microsoft Office 365 suite, in particular PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI.

• Participate to AI pilots

• Contribute to the IT infrastructure management and maintenance

• Participate in the implementation of some IT initiatives across Italy Hub

Requirements

• Full time availability

• No smart working, as per labour law on stages

• Course of study in math, computer science, computer engineering, or related disciplines

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 suite

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Good attitude to multi-tasking

• Proven learning agility and teamwork

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity

Project results and major learning opportunity 

This project will establish a set of IT solutions to improve business processes through automation and analytics. It will include a part closed to infrastructure IT.

The candidate will have the opportunity to apply MS Power Suite knowledge and strengthen it. He/she will work in an international context, having the possibility to participate to cross countries initiatives and projects and learn to collaborate with stakeholders from other cultures.

Internal relationship

The successful candidate will work daily closely with the business stakeholders and as well as Tech@lilly collegues
